Position: Accountant – Credit Control
JOB LOCATION: , MUMBAI
EDUCATION: Commerce Graduate with Computer and Tally ERP 9 Knowledge. Excellent with Excel Calculations/Formulas, Good English Communication Skills-Verbal/Written/Emails Tally-9 ERP, Well Versed with MS Office
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 year in Key Customer's Accounts Handling Experience In Payment Collection with Corporate Customers.
JOB DETAILS:
· Attaching Dc,Po ,compliance documents etc.( relevant supporting document as per invoice requirement)
· Updation Bill submission tracking sheet day to day basis.
· Doing Follow up with Customer and ensure that the credit period for the customers are in place. ( Through Call, Mail, Letters)
· Doing Timely Monitoring of Receivable Part and ensure getting payment on time
· Project Collection, Ensure that Collection are in line with our Forecast and Schedule.
· Doing Credit Control Cycle Monitoring i.e. Invoicing, Bill Submission, Acknowledgement Collection, Filing, Payment follow up, Collection, Correct Receipt adjustment etc.
· Doing Strictly Monitor the Credit Control System. Monitor it and ensure credits are in control and fund inflow is proper
· Doing Coordination with Customers Admin, CREs, Sales Persons and related departments for various works related to Payment and collection. Coordination with Billing Department for Getting and Submitting bills on time & follow up with customers.
· Resolve Customers issues with bills / Hold payments / long pending / Rate issues etc. Visiting Customers having long outstanding, Finding Issues, Rectifying the problems, answering queries, giving proper solution and getting the payment.
· Monitoring Collection & Receipt adjustments against outstanding.
· Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Reports/Daily Collection Reports etc.
