URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MD !!!

Position: EA to MD

JOB LOCATION: MUMBAI

Experience: 3 to 4 years

CTC: Rs. 4 lacs pa

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Should handle day to day basis ticket bookings (flights, train, bus) though online portals or empanelled vendors

• Able to book hotels, banquet booking of 5 star, 4 star, 3 star hotels or outdoor venues like ground, party lawns, auditorium etc

• Should able to handle Domestic as well as International bookings – Hotels or Flight tickets

• Should have excellent communication skill, negotiation skill

• Able to coordinate with travel, logistics vendors to book cars, coaches etc

• Should have knowledge of various 5 star, 4 star hotel chains & their brands

• Should have 3-4 years of experience in reputed Tours & travel agency or event management company or travel trade company

• Sound knowledge of event services or event management

• Ready to travel across country or globe whenever required

• Should have knowledge of VISA requirement, processes of various countries

• Should have good skills of word, power point, excel & emails

• IATA certification or any other tours travels, holidays related certificate courses will be added advantage
