Position: Sr. Manager - Client Servicing JOB LOCATION: COLABA, MUMBAI Experience: 7 to 9 years CTC: Rs. 50,500 to Rs. 85,000 pm
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Administer the establishment and maintenance of new client accounts
PURPOSE OF ROLE Â A client services manager needs to act as a liaison between an organization and its customers and to resolve problems and ensure that services / products are delivered timely and as expected.
JOB DESCRIPTION Revenue Targets
Increase revenue streams from the existing accounts as per targets laid down by the HOD through new business alliances / cross-selling & up-selling.
Ensuring quarter on quarter revenue forecast & growth for the managed account.
Ensuring timely management of client receivables.
Ability to track opportunities and take correct measures leading to closure
Cross Selling / Upselling Focusing on expanding services portfolio of key accounts by selling additional & new services other than the one already extended to the managed account
Strategic Objective
Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues of managed accounts until resolved.
Create new sales tools including marketing presentations for managed clients.
Identify, develop and build differentiators in client offerings.
Managing project delivery & quality standards as set by the HOD.
Generate reports such as position statements, clients company / brand information in case of new, clients competition and their business model for comparison.
Training & Team
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of junior subordinates and also train them. Follow best practices.
Create a healthy environment within department.
Process Adherence Managing internal and external processes including, account MIS, SOP & Forecasts for managed accounts on weekly and monthly basis.
