JOB LOCATION: BALEWADI, PUNE

Experience: 1 to 4 years

CTC: Rs. 2 lacs to Rs. 2.4 lacs pa

Job Type: On rolls, full time, permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cold Calling, Data Management, Site Visits follow-ups, Revisit scheduling.
Email Campaigning, SMS Campaigning, Lead Generation.
Impeccable business communication skills Written and Oral.
Highly energetic, helpful and cordial in approach with ability to drive collaboration across the functions for meeting customer requirements.
A pleasing and helpful personality to interact with Functional skills -
Knowledge of Real estate IT platform - ERP & CRM applications. Online tools.
Comfortable with handling data of Sales Admin, Customer Service parameters, Basic analysis of data and handling data queries.
Represents customer queries at the Sales Office.
