Position: Sr. Client Servicing Executive

JOB LOCATION: DADAR EAST, WADALA, MUMBAI

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Salary: Rs. 45k to Rs. 50k pm

Educational Qualification : Post Graduation, PGDM, MBA in Marketing , Diploma in Digital Marketing

Job Type: On rolls, full time, permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Attending Client’s creative briefing meetings in order to understand the exact requirements & specifications of the client

Presenting & making the client understand the design mock-ups

Servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects / campaigns of the client

Briefing production departments such as Creative, Operations, and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the clients brief

Achieving Revenue and Collection targets from the set of corporate accounts

Pitching to clients for new projects

Achieving corporate customer acquisition in the defined vertical or named accounts

Achieving Revenue and Collection targets from the set of corporate accounts

Heading team of client servicing in above mentioned activities.

SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES :

Excellent communication, English writing and presentation skills, Presentable.

Has to have prior experience of handling clients

Preferably from Digital, Advertising, Media, Events Industry.

Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel & Power Point

Strong background of Customer Service

Should be able to work under pressure whilst adhering to time lines
